JOB DESCRIPTION:
-- Answer phone calls & check phone messages for department
-- Assist in program roster development
-- Attend monthly meetings of the Park & Rec Commission and take the meeting’s minutes.
--Develop flyers for programs and make copies for all branches of advertisement for the department.
-- File all letters and program information which are necessary for the Park & Recreation business. Create file system if needed.
-- In the absence of the Program Coordinator, the assistant is responsible for the day to day operation of the office.
-- Responsible for program registrations for all programs and records.
-- Type needed documents; proof read documents given to her by the Program Coordinator.
-- Assist the Program Coordinator in organizing special events and programs.
-- Assists in the organization and preparation of all programs
-- Helps recruit volunteers and helps direct volunteers at events or for preparation of an event.
-- Makes purchases and picks up supplies for programs when needed
-- Researches crafts / ideas for special events

STUART LITTLE- Students in this class will have great fun creating and presenting this family classic.
Classes run Sept 11- Presentation Nov. 20th.
Saturdays at 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. age 7-8 (grades 2-3)
Fee- $85.00
Students learn the basics of the Stanislavski system, the young actor learns about acting/reacting, sense memory, place-work, and past circumstances, as well as improvisation, story-telling and theatre game. Students will use these developed skills in presented scene work and short plays.

Saturdays 10a.m.-11 a.m. grades 4-6
Fee- $85.00
One Acts- Students will advance their acting skills by working with small
ensembles on dramatic one acts. Understanding the power of theater these students will learn how to trust others and themselves as they find honest moments on stage. Shows Dec. 3 & 4
